Property preservation software
When the photos
get questioned,
have your own file.
Pruvek gives every visit a GPS-verified check-in and check-out, the checklist the work required, and the photos attached to that record — in one place you can still pull up six months later. It records with no signal and syncs when the truck comes back into service.

What preservation work actually requires
The work is done. Proving it is the job.
“Send us the originals.”
When an order source kicks back an invoice over photos, who finds them — you, or the guy who did the job? Most 3-to-10-man crews keep them in a phone camera roll and a group text. That works right up until a chargeback.
“You could have taken those later.”
Anyone can edit a photo’s metadata with a free tool — including whoever is disputing your invoice. A loose file can’t answer that. A hosted record with an audit trail can.
Vacant, rural, and no bars
The properties on your list are empty and half of them are out past cell coverage. Software that needs a signal to record a visit is software your crew will stop using by the second week.
A denied invoice is real money
One kicked-back winterization invoice runs $75 to $200. A couple of them cost more than a year of Pruvek for three guys.
The loop
Order it. Work it. Prove it.
Set up the property and the work
Add the property, then build the checklist for that work type — winterization, cut, inspection, cleanout — including the photos it has to come back with.
Your guy logs the visit
He checks in at the door and checks out when he leaves; both are GPS-verified. He works the checklist and adds the photos. No signal out there? It records anyway and syncs when the truck is back in service.
You keep the record
One visit record holds the check-in and check-out, the checklist, and the photos. Correct something after checkout and the edit is logged with a reason your client can see.
The part that answers the accusation
Nothing changes quietly.
The hardest thing to answer in a photo dispute isn’t was anybody there — it’s you could have staged that later. A folder of image files can’t answer it. Metadata can be rewritten by anyone with a free tool, including the party challenging your invoice.
So Pruvek keeps a record instead of a folder. Every edit made after checkout is logged — what changed, who changed it, and the reason they gave — and your client can see that log in their own portal.
It cuts both ways on purpose. You can’t quietly backfill a visit, and neither can anyone else claim you did.
Everything for the visit
One system, from the order to the proof.
GPS-verified check-in and check-out
Every visit opens with a GPS-verified check-in at the property and closes with a check-out. That window is the timestamp, and the checklist and photos hang off it.
Records with no signal
Check-ins, checklists and photos are saved on the phone and sync automatically once it’s back in service. Not a higher tier — it’s on the one plan.
A checklist per work type
Winterization doesn’t need the same proof as a grass cut. Build the checklist for each work type, with the fields you record and the photos you require.
A full audit trail
Every edit made after checkout is logged with a reason, and your client can see the log. Nothing changes quietly, and nobody gets to say you added the photos afterwards.
Client portal, included
Working direct for a local bank, an investor or a realtor? Give them a login and they see the visits, the photos and the invoices themselves. Included on the one plan.
Invoicing in the same place
Bill out of the system that already holds the proof, and let clients pay by card from their portal. Payments go to your own Stripe account.
Before you start a trial
Four things Pruvek doesn’t do.
You would find all four out eventually. Finding them out in week two of a trial is worse for both of us, so here they are.
It does not push into Safeguard, MCS or Cyprexx
There is no integration with any order-source portal, and we would rather you heard it here. You still upload to them by hand. What changes is that you have your own copy of the work instead of only theirs — Pruvek replaces the camera roll, not the portal.
Photos don’t carry their own GPS or capture time
Pruvek writes neither into the image file, and phone browsers usually strip location before upload anyway. The stamp lives on the visit — the GPS-verified check-in and check-out — and the photos attach to that record. A photo’s recorded time is when your guy added it in the app. Concede the file; the record is the part that holds up.
There’s no self-serve export while your account is open
Clients download photos from the portal one at a time; there is no zip-the-visit button. For a dispute, send the visit link instead — that is the hosted record, not a folder of loose files.
No quoting, no CRM, no marketing
Pruvek is not a whole business system. It sells one thing: the file that proves the work happened. If you need the business system, buy the business system.
Questions
Property preservation software, answered.
What is property preservation software?
Property preservation software helps contractors who service vacant and foreclosed properties record what happened at each visit — arrival and departure, the checklist for that work type, and the photos the order source will ask for — and keep it somewhere they can still pull it up months later when an invoice is challenged.
Does Pruvek upload to Safeguard, MCS or Cyprexx?
No. There is no integration with any order-source portal, and we would rather tell you now than have you find out in week two. You still upload to the portal yourself. What Pruvek changes is that you keep your own hosted record of the visit — a GPS-verified check-in and check-out, the checklist, and the photos — instead of only theirs.
Do the photos have GPS and a capture time inside them?
No. Pruvek writes neither into the image file, and phone browsers usually strip location before upload anyway. It would not help much if it did: anyone, including whoever is disputing your invoice, can edit a photo’s metadata with a free tool. The defensible part is the record — a GPS-verified check-in and check-out on the visit, the photos attached to it, and every edit after checkout logged with a reason your client can see.
Does it work at properties with no cell signal?
Yes. Check-ins, checklists and photos are saved on the phone and sync automatically once it is back in service. It is on the one plan, not gated behind a higher tier. Send a guy to the worst dead zone on your list and have him log a visit with no bars — that is the test worth running.
Can I export my data?
Not today, not while your account is open. Clients can download photos from their portal one at a time, but there is no zip-the-visit button and no self-serve export. For a dispute, send the visit link instead. We would rather say that here than have you discover it mid-trial.
How much does it cost, and are there other fees?
$5 per seat per month, with no per-property and no per-client fees, and a 14-day free trial with no credit card. A 3-man crew is $15/month. One fee to know about: card payments taken through Pruvek carry a 1% platform fee on top of Stripe’s own processing.
Does this replace an all-in-one field service system?
No. All-in-one systems cover CRM, quoting, scheduling and marketing. Pruvek does one thing: the record that proves the work happened, at $15/month for three seats. If you need the business system, buy the business system.
