No way to prove a visit happened
Yardbook was built to schedule and bill mowing routes, not to hand a client auditable proof — GPS, timestamp, photos, checklist — that someone was actually on site. There's no client-facing proof-of-visit record at any tier.
The iOS app is still an email away
Yardbook's own support docs say it plainly: “The iOS app is currently in Beta. Please contact our support team for an install link.” And once installed, it requires an internet connection at all times — no offline mode, unlike the Android app.
“The plow never came” is a proof-of-service problem
Snow removal disputes are the same fight as a missed mowing visit — a client says the driveway wasn't cleared, and there's no record either way. Yardbook can schedule and bill the route, but it has no GPS-timestamped, photo-backed proof that the crew was actually on site.
